If you make your way into the centre of Kuta around Poppies 1 and 2 you will be able to market shopping there, Geneva in Seminyak is a good place for some purses, homeware stuff and it's all fixed price and a good price. Most massage places for 1 hour is Rp 50,000 you should have to pay anymore. If you really want a professional one go to Cosy it's Rp 100,000 and you have to book but is the best in Bali. If you want really good reflexology, try the little place in Carefour, it's amazing Rp 40,000 an hour.
Eating out in Kuta, try places like Dog Dragon, Chasers, Aneka Chinese, these are all on Jl Benesari they are great, good food, cheap, there are also 2 indian places that are good also on the same street but can't remember the names. All the best with your trip.
