with Bali Concierge has been put on hold. i received notification from them today (who, by the way, are the ONLY company that has real VIP service) that due to the increased safety measures at Ngurah Rai International Airport, all guests must queue themselves for the VOA and Immigration clearance.
I am not sure if this Hadi bloke will have the same restrictions on him or not, but i would assume so.
