Hairdryers??

I see lots of lovely (usually European) ladies all doled up with the heels and makeup etc. and their hair is always immaculately done. I have yet to find a way to blow dry my FRINGE! in less than 10mins. let alone bothering with the rest! Any advice on how to get their 'done' look?
