Evenings Entertainment

After a hard days site seeing or a grueling day collect the sun by the pool where do you go for entertainment in the evenings.
We are a couple in our 50's and fine most of the night clubs dont get going till midnight which gets a bit much night after night and were wondering what everyone else does earlier in the evenings besides eat.
