We have travelled on the ferry several times and find it fine. The trip takes around 4 hours and sometimes another 2 hours to get into dock. The toilets are the only bad thing. Otherwise we find ourselves a nice spot on the outdoor deck and read and watch the sights of the ocean, have seen some great dolphins, fish jumping etc. As a passenger its really cheap aroung 30,000rp. We take a car with us and that coste 500,000rp.
