There is a left luggage area to the left of arrivals, facing the terminal. My husband always leaves his boards there when we arrive in Bali & collects them a week or so later when he leaves to surf elsewhere. The cost is reasonable. I am sure you would have no problems leaving your luggage there for a few hours - it's open 24/7.
