Ask the price , then offer what you consider a bl00dy bargain .
After the usual "bankrout" story walk away . If you dont get it you know you must pay more. If you get it then you are happy . Just remember one thing no matter what you pay someone at your hotel will always of paid less , but they will fail to tell you about the 10 items they payed double the going price . If there was a price list then Bali wouldn't be Bali . Only way to learn is to fail . everyone pays too much for something .
