The Patra has a really big resort style pool area and so does the Hard Rock. The Dynasty is fantastic for kids but the rooms are quite pricey. The cost of the Patra's rooms are reasonable. Air Asia has a great special on the Hard Rock at the moment.
Also as someone else mentioned the Bali Garden Hotel, but like the Dynasty it books out very quickly (especially in school holidays)
