This can only mean one thing,they don't want to waste money on a service they perhaps didn't need.
The ones who use VIP just book it without thinking about the cost and it just becomes part of the ovral cost of the trip and are happy big que or not.
So perhaps for some its better to pay $30 for something you need than $20 for something you dont in the planning stages of a trip?
I am sure many more people would use this service if they could decide on their arrival instead of before hand.
When I arrive on Tuesday i will seek out the VIP service people and see if it is possible or even easy to do.
