Have stayed there a few times over the years and you cannot fault the place. They have the friendliest staff in Bali who make it their mission to know your names. It must be a good place to work because a lot of them have been there for years and they remembered us from 5 years ago, I was stunned. They have the best pool in Bali with a sand island in the middle and they do at least 2 water activities for the kids each day. They have mini water slides and a kids pool as well as the main one. It is in a perfect location for just wandering out to the supermarket or the shops etc and you miss a lot of the taxi traffic getting out of Kuta. We have a 6 yo who won't stay anywhere else. Kids club is great too and babysitters cheap as chips. Hope this helps
