You know, Di, I was amazed at the time that the chap working the beach front outside Kudeta didn't shoo the dogs away. He paid them no attention at all (wasn't part of his job profile, I guess).
But with all those up-market resorts and restaurants in the area, wouldn't you think management could get staff to stop the beach from becoming a doggie dumping ground?
It wouldn't take much - just big sticks, plastic bags and pooper-scoopers.
