hi Morrowfamily, we just got back yesterday, we had a really great time, the family rooms are huge, if you get a change try emailing the hotel and requesting a ground floor room, really convenient, I found our group which had 4 kids total, ages 7,12,12,17 enjoyed themselves they made their own fun, we purchased a small soccer ball from up the top level of centro for only $5 and they played volleyball in the pool with other kids joining in even the adults had fun with it. They have great hairdryers in the rooms, the rooms were really clean, and the staff are fantastic, ask Wira (staff member to sing at dinner if its quiet he is fantastic, a little shy but great). Only downside was that their is no kids menu to choose from and no-where for them to really play except for the pool, we took them often over to the beach to play beach soccer, got too hot after a while. Hope you have a great time, we also visited an orphanage up at Ginayar they were hearing impaired children who are very poor, ages ranging from 6-16 we took a supply of rice, milk, sugar, eggs, some treats, clothing, (they are desperate for clothing of all sizes), pencils, books, the look in the kids faces touched my heart and I will continue to support this orphanage every time I visit, they seem to be the fogotten ones, except for the great work done by Dennisc from BTF and his wife, and Gusti and wonderful Balinese man who translates and organises the transport, he speaks great english, I found it important for our kids to see and understand how lucky they are, have a fanastic time.
