Guys remember These flight are also timed as connecting flights out of a couple of NZ cities, so there are always a stack of Kiwis on board as well. This is probably why it is harder to get the cheaper fares out of brizzy aswell.
Unless there was some sort of mechanical or capacity issue I can not see why they would not put the flight on. This is an EXTREMLY popular route for VB
