I have bathed a 5mnth old in the sink and have taken a 7 month old baby in the shower with me, holding her I could ensure she got no water in her mouth.
Depending how old your baby is you will spend loads of time in the pool so 'bathtime' in Bali for us is usually a quick soap and shampoo. For longer baths the Milton tabs are the go - easey peasy
IMO I wouldn't bother with bottled water and this is after many trips with babies from 5 months - to 5yrs
