or a baby bath if you can find one. Even a plastic square storage tub would do the trick, then when you leave just give it to your new friends/hotel staff with your left over toiletries/snacks/beers etc that you won't take home.
I would suggest your first stop, once you arrive, is to be to the big supermarket or Carrefour/Macro and buy up on your supplies like the water and bucket/bath etc.
I bought a hand pump thing from Macro that you attach to the 20L bottles and pump your water out with that.....only about $4AUD from memory. Saves you trying to lift it up/tip it out to fill your bucket.
Also good for baby bottles/drinks/washing dummy/filling up your own bottles/making ice/brushing your teeth etc.
Good idea too as mentioned here was the 'leaving the bucket in the sun to warm up' idea and even better if you have room on your balcony is to bath bubba outside to splash etc, and that way you wont have to use your quota of towels to mop up the mess later.
