Euros are ok in Bali, no problem at all, but you will find ATM's (flappentappers) everywhere, so you can use your ING/RABO or other bankcard everywhere. assumed you have a card valid for the whole world and not a europe only card.
If you want to have roepias beforen entering Bali, change 20-50 euro in Singapore or Hong-kong, so you have money to pay the taxi to your hotel, the waiters etc. I always have a little money with me, the rest comes from the ATM using my banc-card (credit-card on reserve).
Depending on your bank a money withdraw will cost you anything between free and 1,50 approx.
