The block and its gardens are as lovely as the others.
Your balcony will look over the front driveway and garden so more privacy than the blocks next to the NEWER pool that face each other. In fact H is the most private as there is no passing pedestrian traffic. You will be close to the street (not the beach or pools) and will get a bit of reception noise, and from cars and bikes coming out from the underground carpark.
I just LOVE walking through the gardens of this place, so walking around it to get to anyway, was NEVER a chore.
