To stay overnight is great. We have now done this twice with our children. You can go for the tram ride first thing in the morning before too many people are there and there are loads of animals about. The evening meal in the dining room is another treat as they bring a baby animal in. If you have breaky about 8am they let the lions out then and they are always active first thing in the morning.
