Travel Insurance

We get coverage from our credit card.

But some of the group and our own kids, we are travelling with have started to ask about getting travel insurance, so I thought (once again) I would pick your brains.

I have searched the forum, but I thought someone had done a bit of a ggod vs bad thing on insurance.
Any good/bad stories ?
