Wet Suit for Snorkeling

Hello.
Is it possible to buy wet suit at Bali? Or i need to buy it before to go to bali?
We need special type of wet suit (something like t-shirt connected to shorts)
Can we buy it at bali and will be it good price and quality?
We will be at Sanur,Candidasa,Kuta.
