help need hotel for sept/oct

i am travelling to bali in sept/oct...need accomodation in kuta/legian area...travelling with 14yr old & 11 yr old...need accomodation around a$50-$60 per day...having trouble...travel agent is saying bali is 90% capacity...just need somewhere safe,clean,aircon,,pool...any suggestions please..thanks ant
