Hi, first if you like good wine, bring from home, wine in Bali is super expensive due to all the laws from Jakarta. We have a really great driver/guide we use every year his name is Kadek email him dexred@hotmail.com he speaks great english and has a new car with aircon that seats up to 7 people, good price too. He will give you ideas of what to do, where to eat, how much to pay etc, makes life much easier and no getting ripped off. So much to see and do in Bali depends what you want, explore the beaches, the mountains, rafting, elephant rides etc contact Kadek he will give you ideas.
Seafood and sunsets, head to Jimbaran Bay, there is one we get Kadek to take us to everytime as it is the best out of all of them. Good price and food is cooked great. Heaps of place have wifi, but there are also heaps of internet cafe's too that are fast.
Live music, we go to Bali Rock Cafe, live band every night and kid friendly, have free pool tables, beer garden and the staff are helpful.
All the best and have a good trip. We love it in Bali, go twice a year
