I never found that the toys were good and the ones such as lego that are imported are cheaper in your own country. Kids clothes were discussed a few days ago but here is a run down. Matahari has some good stuff but you may need to sift through to exclude the garish bits. Kuta Kids near Bemo corner. Also try the street stalls ( search fixed price stalls) for spiderman - can use as pyjamas and imitation surf gear. Replica goods found everywhere. Dress up clothing is good ie fairy costumes. One good shop in Poppies lane about halfway down and another on Jalan Padma Utara bigger range more expensive. THese are not near Sanur. Environmentally, take a reuseable shopping bag if planning on doing lots of shopping. It can be embarrassing the number of plastic bags you get and worse when you see the damage they do.
