There are so so many villas in Seminyak. villa bugis have 3 bedroom villas that you can just pay to use 2 of the bedrooms - depending on how long you stay it would be in your price range (7+ days 20% discount, 14+ days 30% discount) (just google villa bugis - they have villas in 4 different locations in seminyak)
Have a look at this map - it shows the location/names of a lot of the villas, so you can then look up the websites and check out the rates.

Sometimes a couple of villas advertise on ebay at good rates.
