Wayan "house" shop at Garlic lane..

Hi guys i've read Meagn Guide to Bali @ http://www.balitravelforum.com/archive200903/52785.html.

She mentioned about Wayan "house" shop that sells surf merchandise and stuff..Can anyone tell me where exactly in this shop...any landmark to look out for near this shop. Secondly any ideas if its on Jl Melasti or Garlic lane...Hope u guys can clarify..thnx
