It's a few years since I stayed at Kuta Beach Club, but as far as I recollect there were no kettles in rooms - certainly no safes - reception security only. What I do remember quite clearly - do NOT choose a room near the dining room or the pool unless you have very effective ear-plugs. Good luck.
