Pandora with "bling"?

Now I know there are dozens of posts about Pandora, where it is best to buy etc but I haven't found any that answer my question :o)

I'm wondering if there are beads/charms avail in Bali with clear or coloured CZ or similar stones?

Have bought a few on Ebay from Thailand but it's a bit hit & miss - some screw on my bracelet OK others don't & ones with small stones, the stones fall out easily. If they're avail in Bali is the quality any better (or worse)?
