was in a place on Poppies II just a stone throw from the Barong. When I went there, there was a power blackout, so the good-old locals (ever the ingenuitive types) sent a mate down the road and he came back with 6 D cell batteries and a piece of PVC pipe. put the batteries in the pipe, taped it all up, hooked it up to the tatt gun and did the first hour and a half by battery power! it was a crack up! his name was Agung and if you search the archives, I'm sure you'll find out the name of the studio.
The second time was at Robin Tattoo in Legian directly across the road from the Garden View Cottages. Made (Mardy) was the guy who did mine from a drawing he was working on at the time. a FULL A4 (paper) size and 6 hours worth. but great artwork and a top bloke (I bought a bottle of Jacks that we polished off together as he was squatting down for the whole 6 hours on my tatt!!)
