We did it this time last year - 2 adults and 2 Teenagers. It cost around $280-$300ish from memory. We booked while there thru our hotel. It's absolutely worth the money, it was fantastic and the boat was fast, snorkelling beautiful...Probably one of our best days spent in Bali.
