Have been to this forest three times over the years and never had a problem. Have bought bananas out the front and have also had peanuts in my handbag. We even had some of the monkeys sit on my husbands arm and they let him shell the peanuts. Got some great photos. They will jump onto you sometimes but just relax and let them get off, don't try to push them off. Do not try to pick up any of the baby ones or mother will come at you showing all fangs.
