as mentioned I hope you can get past this and think of the positive side like your wedding....its a real hard one with recommending - especially babysitters. Personally I have never needed a babysitter in Bali as our kids were always a little older and whatever we done or wherever we went they came with us, our days were always so full that we were usually all home in bed by 10.30pm anyway....even now that the kids are way older and can look after themselves, hubby and I are still home by 10.30pm hehhe.
However most of us do have genuine balinese friends with whom we can highly recommmend!! I actually do the babysitting in reverse, our friends have 3 kids and I always have their little girl for the day and we have a girls shopping day, its so much fun and I love to take her and spoil her (yes we take pressies home for her two brothers aswell), now another friend has just had a baby girl, so I know that next year when we are back I will be looking after this baby aswell, just cant help myself!! So yes I am guilty of recommending a couple of our balinese friends to babysit for others as I babysit for them and would trust them with all children as they do with me.
Let us know if you put your pics up as would love to see them...cheers Trace.
