if you are transferring a smaller amount go to Australia Post and send via Western Union. It costs less than a bank transfer and they can pick up the money in a few hours at the Western Union in Bali. When you send through the bank it costs about $30 but as I found out the other day a fee also gets lost at the end in Bali. If sending larger amounts it does cost less through a bank transfer though.
