Some places are perfect for certain age groups, but not suitable for others.
Maybe you need to let people know a bit about the group (or lone traveller??) so a meaningful recommendation can be made.
As far as I am aware, the online system is safe, and I think your exchange rate should reflect a rate closer to 8K than 7.5K.
