Kokita Mie Goreng Seasoning Sauce 350g Jar
Cook 500g egg noodles according to the directions on the packet
Heat 2 Tblsp oil add 3 eggs mixed & cook to make an omelette, set aside.
Fry 200g each of chicken breast and peeled prawns until cooked through.
Add cooked egg and 2 Tblsp of the mie goreng seasoning sauce, stir in egg noodles and mix through.
Sprinkle with fried shallots or spring onion.
I also like to add my own vegetables, whatever's in the fridge.
Sauce contains: Shallots, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic salt chilli & white pepper, plus cornstarch.
I bought it at an Asian Supermarket in Northbridge, Perth & it's really spicy so I just use a small amount.
Gee I think I know what I'm cooking for lunch today.
