once you hit proceed with payment it takes maybe 45 secs then you get a page showing your booking number etc which you can print out,it comes out in small writing but dont worry you will then get an email from A/A with booking number confirmation of payment etc which should be printed out, and this prints full size.This mail can take up to 24 hours but for me has normally been several minutes unless the site is exceptionaly busy.
