as per my post would be about $68 for two people,i did it by ringing their office in melbourne and they quoted me in dollars but my c/c shows rupiah hence the 97 cent conversion charge,dont really know but if you are both on the one booking maybe only one charge of rp245,000 its certainly worth ringing and asking.
Transport to the city is very cheap by air asia buses which are outside the terminal and cost about $3-4 each each way and tune hotels either in K.L or at the airport re cheap so up to you really.
