I think the best way to explain what I mean by "connecting" is they connected on a physical and emotional level. Hmmm perhaps that sounds a bit " cosmic" or as a friend of my says " hoody doody"

We found that they seemed to know were your body needed to be worked on and what sort of pressure and technique it needed. I found the massage seemed to take on an emotional level of release as well.

My mind drfited away reflecting in a bit of a dream like state on my Mum who had passed away 18mnths ago. Sort of a cathartic experience for me. My friend also experienced a similar experince of her own.

Talking about this " connecting" with a friend of my who is a massage therapist massage she said that "connecting" on a physical and emotional level is the aim of a well trained therapist to be able to acheive this with the client. Massage can be a very healing process on a number of levels.
