I'm an expat & I refuse to use SOS International after having an experience with them that could of sent me back to Oz in a body bag. Thank god my husband & boss had the sense to get me out of there & send me to Prima Medika who I must say the doctors & nursing staff were fantastic & saved my life. Don't mean to sound dramatic but it was at the time. I use BIMC now & have done for years & to date can't fault them. By the way no one is forced to buy medicines from them if you feel they are too expensive, just go to an Apotik with your prescription. It also makes sense to have health/travel insurance while in Bali, as you just never know....but as I said each to their own
