Kayuputi at St. Regis. Yes, its expensive. But the food is excellent, and so is the service.
Suggest you get to the King Cole bar at 6pm for cocktails. watch the fire ritual at 6.30pm, and then walk (or take a buggy) down to Kayuputi.
I guarantee you will love it if money is not an option.
