I think cash is best, just make sure you keep in safe deposit box or secure room safe. As one post stated the high rates are the dodgy buggers, go to a reputable place (search forum) & you won't have any probs. Just for old time sakes I tried to cash NZ Dollars at a dodgy looking outfit in a lane off Double 6 St & they palmed a million rph back into the draw after I had counted. I made him count my money again & of course a million short.I took my cash & reported them to the police down the road.Just be very careful. I go to a good changer on Jalan Legian nearly opposite the Bintang Supermarket
