walkie talkies

Can anyone tell me if it is allowed to take a set of walkie talkies to Bali.
For sale in Europe for less then 30 $ US. ( 25 Euro's)
I think a set of these cheap shortrange 8 channel mini transmitters
operating on 430 MHz will be a perfect gift for Balinese friends.

Imagine, Ketut is working in the ricefields and than his wife calls him "please come home dinner is ready".
