I wouldn't stress too much about sterilisation unless the kids have health issues. (Studies have found washing bottles normally in hot soapy water is just as effective as sterilising, although in Bali I'd want to do a boiling water rinse just in case).

For baths, try to leave a large bottle of water (those big refill ones) on your balcony to heat during the day and use that at night (they cost nothing). Alternatively, try Miltons tablets in the bath water. It's a bit pongy though.

You can hire microwaves from Bali Bali Hire (and lots of other stuff). Sometimes the hotel cots are pretty dodgy.

We took a P&T pram and it was fine because they're quite narrow, although we didn't get out a lot with the kids. I found we needed it at the airport etc. One of those clip on highchairs can be useful because some restaurants don't have highchairs.

You can buy baby food over there. We always stay somewhere with a kitchen so I can cook for the kids.

We used Casey the nanny for our kids and she is great. Search the forum for her details.

Make sure you have stuff to treat insect bites. One of mine got bitten and scratched and made a mess of her face. We also took Baby Panadol, vitimin liquid, acqua ear and lots of sunscreen.

Have fun!
