husband has neck problems, we bought pillows a few times, but now check with house keeping for a not so high pillow and usually bring a few to chose from, so just ask at your hotel first, i wouldnt risk taking your favorite one from home cause it may be taken off you when you arrive home, especally if you like a feather pillow.
