I believe the seats and leg room on the A320 planes they are using are the same,apart from the exit rows and probably the first row,so the only benefit over booking other seats are that the first 5 rows gets you "express boarding" which basically means you are called to board 1 or 2 mins before everyone else.
You can change your seat allocation or pick and pay for a seat if you havent already done so by going to my bookings on their website if you have "joined up" to it.
