My wife bought one when we were there last Oct and paid around $200 AU for the bracelet and 18 charms that almost filled it.
Helped an Aus lady buy a similar one on our recent visit for $100 indicating we paid to much or competition has seen them come down in price as they are seemingly available in more places now.
There a number of places sell them along what we know as Garlic Lane in Legian. Check with our well known - famous friends if you listen to him Rommy (watches and sun glasses) and ask him where Denise and Peter shopped and i sure he give you the right info.
Dont really know about the quality of them but many have been impressed and fallen in love with what my wife came bought.
