My husband and I stayed at the RB last year on a stopover prior to bali. At first the room we were given was rather small, but they did move us and we had no complaints whatsoever. This was not even a deluxe room. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing to sit around and there was no noise from any ajoining bars. There were not many Westerners there and I question whether this really is a problem? You are visiting Asia! We went during thr June /July holiday period and did not find any lining up issues with breakfast.If visiting KL again, I would have no hesitations to stay there again.
