Villa Batavia

Has anyone stayed at or had a good look at the Villa Batavia in Seminyak?
We are thinking of staying there early next year and it looks great but from the pics on the website it looks like its in a really built up area with no view.
If anyone has any comments I would really appreciate them. Thanks
