I think Micks place might be a little more than $50 a night. Not sure of other places at Bingin as we have only stayed at micks. But we have stayed at a few places at Ulluwatu and then driven to Bingin.
There is a place called Rockys Bungalows, their rooms are around 250,000rp a room for a twin woth air con, also have a nice pool with magnificent views.
Another place that we have stayed is Gecko Inn (has a website) You book each room in the villa- there is a twin room, 2 doubles that are around $30 a night, on the second level they have 2 queen rooms with huge bathroom and day bed on a verandah off each room. This place is aircon and has a pool.
Have also stayed at a homestay called Sandat Mas, more basic than the other suggestions- 150,000rp per room but only fan and no pool.
