the train leaves from the normal international airport.
if you catch one of the low cost airlines, it is a seperate place and has cheap buses which take you into town.
we stayed at the Royale Bintang and also ate in the next street along, (night stands with roast duck, pork, chicken, noodles, rice and seafood.
cheap but lovely).
breakfast buffet good at the royal bintang, (except the beef bacon...), and we booked thru direct rooms.
