For those people who have pondered how to contact this hotel, just off Jl Kuta Pantai, I would suggest saving your energy. The fact that their staff stand out the front all day handing out hotel brochures with website info that hasn't been in operation for 4 years, says it all. We had seen this hotel before and thought how nice it looked, although we were unable to contact them. In Bali in May we thought we would stay 8 nights and physically went to the hotel and after viewing the rooms and being advised by the manager that safedeposit boxes were upstairs, we booked in for 8 nights. On actually checking in to stay, we were informed they didn't have safedeposit boxes, OK so we resorted to locking our passports in our cases every day, but we weren't happy about being mislead. Breakfast was included, but half the menu was "already finished" - at 8.45 am! No wonder there were hardly any takers for breakfast. The towels were taken away in the morning, washed, dried and returned about 5pm. Same towel used for the pool, but only if you held onto it, & most were threadbare and fraying edges. I did manage to get 2 fluffy new ones 1 day and jealously guarded them. The bathroom still had black hair in the shower when we checked in & didn't look like it had ever been scrubbed. Most of the staff appeared to not be able to understand English very well and seemed to lack any supervision. We had to pay for 4 nights accommodation up front, so we only stayed the 4 nights & checked out. It is incredible that this hotel is operated in this fashion as it is in a very handy position for Kuta Square etc.and the rooms are very nice, although there is really no shade around the pool and only about 6 beds.
